2/12/24 “Being a Liquid Alchemist, MurMur Rum and Paint the Town Pink Cocktail Competition”

Enjoy a Liquid Alchemist & Mur Mur Rum education and tasting from Grant Portier followed up with a Rivi Gin education and tasting which moves into the “Paint the Town Pink” cocktail competition where you can cheer on your favorite bartender while enjoying cocktails with some of your industry friends.

COMPETITION CONCEPT:
Ravish off Ocean and Rivi Gin are coming together to host a fun and friendly cocktail competition to raise money and awareness towards Preventive breast cancer awareness. We are looking for 10 competitors to use the Spirit Rivi Gin (raspberry honey, grapefruit, original) to create a cocktail that’s delicious and pink in color from natural ingredients. The goal is to have the crowd vote by purchasing tickets that result in a vote for their favorite cocktail/bartender. You can purchase as many tickets as you’d like and the money from the purchase of those tickets will go directly to the PINK BALL foundation. This is about coming together as the hospitality family we are to give back to our community for a great cause.

FOUNDATION:
PINKBALL is an organization founded by “baseball moms” who were moved
to create a fund for screening, diagnostic mammograms and breast ultrasounds for women in our community who are uninsured or underinsured who may not qualify for other types of grants/funds. This fund helps women throughout South Florida receive mammograms, breast ultrasounds, breast MRIs, and breast biopsies.”Our goal for the PINK BALL Fundraiser is for local youth leagues and the community to become involved with the fight against breast cancer.”

RULES:
Must use 1.5 oz of any Rivi Gin
Cocktails must be pink!
Must build 4 cocktails, 3 for judges and 1 for the crowd/photos
You have 3 minutes to set up, 7 minutes to build and create
You must wear pink
No other spirit or liqueur used can be more than 1.5 oz
Please come prepared with all your syrups,ingredients, tools and garnishes needed to execute your cocktail. We will provide the Rivi Gin needed for your cocktails.
Cocktail to be submitted Feb 10th
Must use natural ingredients to color the cocktail.

Competition Starts at 7:15pm
Live music starts at 6:00pm
Food/apps will be available at 6:00pm USBG Palm Beach monthly meeting & education will start at 6:00pm
