8/1/23 “Solubility in Cocktails, Brandy & Mexican Gin”

JOIN US for our August meeting! This month we will be headed over to the Chainbridge Distillery in Oakland Park for a tour and tasting of their amazing line of spirits. Their family run distillery has an extensive wine making background from the well known Tokaj region of the Northeastern border of Hungary and Slovakia. We will get to see how they are bridging their European brandy culture and other unique spirits to South Florida and beyond with their line of Eau De Vie style of fruit brandys.

We also have a presentation and tasting with our sponsor Cantera Verde. A delicious gin made in Oaxaca and finished in Mezcal casks. 

 

We will finish the evening with a tasting of Rockeys Botanical liqueur, with a bonus class as he takes us through how solubility works in cocktails.
